Trout Tacos

Make Melissa's competition winning Salsa Fresca Verde.

Stuff your fresh Trout with Cilantro and sliced lemons.
Salt and Pepper to taste.

Grill these bad boys.

Flake the meat from the bones. Served with some Spanish Rice and the Salsa Fresca Verde on some warm tortillas is heaven.
