Well, this was really good, as always, but... My favorite part of this experience is perhaps the interplay between the fresh Basil and Mint and I forgot to buy the mint! I know you are all laughing discretely behind my back but it was really good anyway. Perhaps one of my favorite dishes I make on a regular basis.
