Lemonadey Banana Bread

So this morning I made Miranda some Banana Bread.

And for her weirdo pregnant cravings... she made lemonade!
It was tasty.

Here's the recipe:

1 3/4 cup white sugar
8 cups water
1 1/2 cups fresh squeezed lemon juice

In a saucepan, combine sugar and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil and stir to dissolve sugar. Allow to cool to room temp and then chill.

Remove seeds from lemon juice, but retain pulp. In pitcher, stir together chilled syrup, lemon juice, and remaining 7 cups of water.

Hey. Does anybody have a good recipe for banana bread? I know my zucchini bread recipe is better than Chris', but that's different.
