Sometimes when you are blessed to be at Mike and Colleens beautiful lake place and you've been hiking, fishing, shooting, chopping wood, and taking down dead trees; and you need a good hearty meal. Like ribs. So, we smoked some up. Delicious

Bachelor Party BBQ

Well, Chris and I cooked for a little party. We ended up smoking 5 racks of ribs, about 30+ lbs of meat. About twelve guys showed up. What followed can only be described as lots of great eating, great drinking, and laying around in the yard.
