Grilled Sausage with Grilled Onions, Peppers and Sauerkraut


Grill up a nice Sausage and top with grilled Onions and Peppers (3 different colors preferably) and a whole crapload of Sauerkraut. Serve with your favorite Doppelbock and enjoy

I believe I put a equal amount of grilled onions and only slightly less peppers on it. those are on the left. the Kraut is on the right. ;) And by the way, I was using a all natural organic sauerkraut that is substantialy dryer and better tasting. and since it is fermented and contains live organisms or "aliens" similar to kefir or kombucha or yogurt, it helps with assimilation.
