1 cup mixed Spring Greens, 1/4 cup chopped Celery, 1/2 cup Yellow Bell Pepper, 1/2 cup chopped Green Beans, 6oz. chopped grilled Chicken Breast and 2 tbsp of your favorite asian style Toasted Sesame dressing.
Imagine if it had snow peas instead of green beans, water chesnuts and bamboo shoots instead of celery and maybe even palm hearts... the variations are endless. I try to put the biggest variety of color I can so it looks good to.
Members: post anything - pictures, straight recipes, roadmaps (guidelines)... anything. Just so long as you prepared/cooked it... or, at the very least, you ate it (figured it didn't need preparing/cooking).
